We are based in northwest Tucson and spend most days in the Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Dove Mountain, Casas Adobes, and the older flat roof neighborhoods in the center of town. If your home has a flat or low slope roof anywhere in the metro area, we will come look at it.

01Do you service the Catalina Foothills and Oro Valley?

Yes. Most of our work is on flat and low slope roofs in the Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Dove Mountain, Casas Adobes, and the neighborhoods around them. We are based in northwest Tucson and cover the whole metro area.

02How much does roof coating cost in Tucson?

Most residential projects that include a full clean, repairs, and a two coat elastomeric system run around $7,000 and carry a 4 year warranty. Every roof is different, so we start with a free inspection and give you a firm number before any work begins.

03Do you work on shingle roofs?

Our specialty is flat and low slope roofs, which is what most Tucson homes have. We do not focus on steep shingle roofs. If your roof is pitched shingle, we will tell you honestly and point you to someone who does that work every day.

04Is the roof inspection really free?

For residential roofs, yes. We walk the roof, water test where needed, photograph what we find, and give you a written report at no charge. Commercial inspections carry a small fee. Clients under contract also get a free follow up inspection one year after the job.

05Do you offer discounts for veterans and seniors?

Yes. Pro Roof LLC offers discounts to veterans and seniors on every service, and we are a member of the Senior Support Alliance.

06How long does a roof coating last in the Arizona sun?
