A roof inspection in Tucson is mostly about knowing where to look. On low-sloped roofs, trouble concentrates in the same spots: failed seams, loose flashing, damaged eaves, clogged scuppers and gutters, and the low areas where water ponds after a monsoon storm.

01How long does a roof inspection take?

Most residential inspections in Tucson take under an hour on the roof, plus the time to organize the photos. Larger homes and commercial buildings take longer. You get the photos and our findings shortly after, not weeks later.

02Do I need to be home for the inspection?

Not usually. If we can reach the roof safely from outside, we can do the whole inspection while you are at work and walk you through the findings by phone with the photos in front of you. Plenty of our Oro Valley clients handle it exactly that way.

03When should I schedule a roof inspection in Tucson?

The best times are right after monsoon season, before you buy or sell a house, and before solar panels go on. And any time you see a stain spreading on a ceiling, call that day. A leak you catch early is a repair. A leak you sit on becomes a restoration project.
