01 / What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, city, and whatever you write in the project details box. That is all the form collects. We ask for it so we can respond to your inquiry and give you a useful answer about your roof.

02 / Where your submission goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to Pro Roof LLC and to our web contractor, who maintains this site and makes sure inquiries reach us. Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to any marketing list.

03 / Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages people read and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data through cookies. It does not tell us who you are. If you prefer, you can block cookies in your browser and the site will work fine.

04 / Third party services

Two third party services process data for this site: Google Analytics, described above, and FormSubmit, which relays contact form submissions to our email. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

05 / Deleting your information

If you would like the information you submitted deleted, call or email us and ask. We will delete the emails containing your submission and confirm when it is done.
